Mscp 1.6 update

This program is an unofficial enhancement of the original Mscp 1.4 source code by Marcel van Kervinck,
distributed with his kind permission. These enhancements may or may not find their way into the official
Mscp at a later stage.

Changes:

Added some basic chess positioning knowledge.

1. Improved Queen opening.
2. Better central positioning of knights.
3. Rooks opening improved.
4. Added incentives for pawns near promotion.
5. 7th rank pawn/rook extensions.

5. As Mscp is a Dutch engine, I thought it would be fitting to create an opening book
featuring Dutch Gm's Only.
