RWBC winboard history pages updated!

I have updated my WB history pages. Now there is also a page
sorted by country, moreover all pages are now directly linked
via the header of the column name.
(Also a new column with the 2 letter country code in front of the
country flag is added)
You can directly choose the desired page by the columns header
name now! (4 view/sorts available totally)
Last not least I corrected an error with 'Alfil', which wasn't yet in my
list because it was released first as UCI only and later included
WB support too.
Next to do is a graph update...
