ProDeo with a "*.rbm" userbook in winboard ?

By default, Prodeo works with a binary "rebel.mvs" opening book.
By analogy with its ancestor rebel12, I suppose it is also possible to use an additional ascii ".rbm" book with manually chosen lines to be played in every game.
But I cannot find any information regarding syntax and required folder location for these "*.rbm" books on Ed Shroder matador site.
Moreover I do not know how such .rbm files have to be declared for being actually used (from the ".eng" personality file or from the command line or ... )
Is there a tool for producing rbm files (semi-)graphically as in rebel 9 to 12, or is there a conversion utility (for CM .obk books or CB .ctg books or ...)?
Does someone have information on how to use these rbm books under winboard ?
Thanks in advance
