Naum 1.71

I released a bug fix update for the Naum 1.7
It is the same version that will play at WBEC after round 3, and also in CEGT 4.
In order to fix one of the bugs, I had to change position keys, so the book had to be re-created.
The new book is included in the zip file (no need to run 'naum /UB' this time).
Geocities may have some kind of download limit, so if you get an error downloading the file, you can email me at 'naum_chess@yahoo.com' and I will send you the engine and the book.
This version also has some search algorithm and some endgame draw recognition improvements.
In a test match against Naum 1.7 it won 16:8, so it may be a nice improvement, but more testing is needed of course.
