Leo was kind enough to offer to host the engine and the book on his web pages at WBEC.
This will probably be done during the next couple of days.
Sorry for the download problems.

On the positive side, I got emails from virtually all over the world. That was fun.
Actually, some emails were sent by people who don't even leave on planet Earth
