new Rating List AEGT + CEGT

as a lot of testers in both events and time controls are identical (40/40 adapted to 2 Ghz P4 CPU) I updated the combined rating list.
The database contains now almost 40 000 games at this level.

As always...do not take seriously ratings with less than 500 games per engine, look suspiciously at those with 1000 games. From all we know from CEGT we think we need 2000 games per engine to have really reliable values.
