FACE-Tournament webside has moved

- cause now 60 Mb webspace (the old was only 10 Mb)
- totally free of cost
there are twice a year tournaments at blitz 40/5 in 8 Divisions with free available chess engines. Have decided only play engines which are available for everybody all around the world, so Shredder Classic C?t will be taken out - cause only available in germany as a costfree software in a pc-magazin. When have time the webside will be added this way
