hi all,
having recently downloaded fruit2.1 and trying it out in arena
i started thinking of using it in winboard.
i was going to use wb2uci but decided on trying polyglot.
i used the normal setup.ini and whalaa!,away we go.
i also have theking and shredder running under polyglot.
i did'nt try and modifications of engine settings.
i pretty much let the engines run as is from the original downlod.
polyglot is a very usefull tool, very easy to use.
thanks much to the programmer of this nifty utilitie.
regards
mike
p.s. does anyone know of a better book(fruit.bin)for polyglot?
if so let me know.

Hello Skoony,

Proving the quality of books is difficult without extensive testing. Having issued that caveat, Dann Corbit has some Fruit books on his site. I believe that he uses high quality sources.

Search amongst the July files.

I hope this helps....

Later.

thanks roger
