Lime_v39 release

From readme :

Code: Select all: v39 ===================================================================================== - fixed bug printing result to winboard - winboard now recognises draw claim and resign - still has bugs with repetition detection during search - allows draws when it shouldn't - piece lists added, 30% speed up in nps - no longer recognises the old 'black' and 'white' commands - uses 'go' - recognises an fen string, unserstands the 'setboard' command. - added an epd test function - can now automatically run through an epd test file - included arasan.epd - removed futility pruning, it was causing bugs. - search info increased - shows pvs and null move data

Still weak though!
