WildCat 5 bugfix for ponder mode

WildCat 5 can lose on time while pondering if GUI sends "draw" together with other commands (time, otim and move) as WinBoard does.
You can download bugfixed version from
www.igorkorshunov.narod.ru/WildCat
No any other changes have been made. So who don't use ponder mode may use buggy version without any problems.
