Crafty site down for last week or so? Perhaps I have improper browser settings to access the site?
Also failed to connect using my FTP client. However I have not used the FTP client with the Crafty site before so I don't know if I have the proper settings for username/password.
I seem to get the impression from reading previous posts that the Crafty FTP has a history of being intermittently unavailable.
Hope this is the proper forum for this thread.

Crafty ftp is still down!
I'm tyring to create an opening book for crafty. In the meantime can someone perhaps email their book files?
She takes two to three minutes to move in a 60 minute game in the opening.
BTW I have Crafty 19.19 courtesy of Mr. Hofmann and it seems to be running very very fast. With all pieces on the board in the early game I am getting over one million NPS
AMD AthlonXP 3000+
1 GB PC2700 (2x512)
minimal services running in Windows XP home
Unfortunately it drops to about 400,000 when I'm running UC Stanford's Folding@Home program.

Skinner maintains a copy of the Crafty books from Hyatt's site at cctchess.com in the download section.
