new rating AEGT + CEGT 40/40 (2 Ghz) >60 000 games

after finishing King and Queen Class in AEGT a new combined rating list is available containing more than 60 000 games 40/40 (2Ghz) played by more than 30 testers.
With 284 engine versions it looks too complex, but I thought some authors might find it useful anyway.

Individual statistics are not included, because this would make the file too huge.
The CEGT Blitz rating list is also updated including now CMX Cell. Ktulu in progress.
