Ruffian book creation

sample:
ruffian -D 30 -I cleanbook.pgn -P 3 -B cleanbook.bok
the above will create cleanbook.bok from cleanbook.pgn, to depth 30 ply with minimum 3 occurrences.
to get command list ruffian -?
