Surprise 4.2.6 released

I have released Surprise 4.2.6 on my homepage. It's not much different from 4.2.5, but hopefully I fixed another mate score hash bug
Thanks again to Guenther who managed to let this bug occur twice within a few days (test tourney + RWBC qualification).
I have now proven formally the absence of any other bug in Surprise.
