Hello,
After almost a year, a new bet of scorpio can be downloaded here http://dshawul.googlepages.com
Issues with time-mangement problem of previous version have been fixed and some changes on the eval and search been made. It probably needs to improve to stay at WBEC Premier div, so expect some more betas until then. Those who want stable version number would probably want to stay away from this :)

cheers
Daniel S.

If I look closely I can see a Scorpio 3.0 64bit with a logo of it eating a fish.

yeah right... I will leave that to Zap. I am just trying to catch up with fellow partner engines with the free time I have for this month. By fellow I mean... no fishes ;)

For Genom, yes it is 2.02 and at least you will see 2.03 and 2.04 before final release.

Hi Daniel,

Nice to see some activity from your end. I had a question about your bitbases: What is the possibility of upgrading them to six men or seven men?

Regards,
Dhanish

I started working on a faster generator a while back because with what I have currently it could take forever. Once that is done and I upgrade my idle pc's ram to 1 or 2 GB, may be I will try 6 men. People here could also participate with the bitbase genration.
regards,
Daniel

Thankyou Daniel for your reply. How much RAM is required to use your generator? Have you estimated the hard disk space requirements for generation / storage of six men bases?

Dhanish
