InmiChess 3.05 rejects castling from the opponent

People here seem to like oldies, so...
I noticed that InmiChess 3.05 sometimes rejects correct castling moves from the opponent. Tested under Winboard only. Checking the winboard debug does not help much, I don't see what is wrong.
Any idea on how to fix it, or is it a known bug that will remain forever ?
