Lovelace win32 exe

Dann Corbit found another new engine - Lovelace written in Ada.

Cool! Thanks to Dann for finding the engine, and to you for pointing it out for us.

Ada is actually a rather nice programming language, and as far as I can tell (I know Ada only superficially) it should be ideally suited for chess programming. It has low-level capabilities comparable to C, but is much more rigorous and makes it easier for the undiciplined programmer to write solid, bug-free code.

Fixes time management problems.
