Neurosis 2.5 , Programmer's Tournament version.
Biggest changes:
Big clean up, optimised lots of code.
"Intelligent" delta pruning in Qsearch. (taking in account captured piecetype, recapture on previous square, etc.)
Better pruning kicking in at iterationdepth 10 and up improving branchingfactor quite a lot at long timecontrols.
Slightly better passed pawn handling.
Pondering in 3D gui much improved.
Screen ratio of 3D gui alternable in NConfig.txt file to stop deformation on widescreen monitors.
