I am on the way to develop a new, personal tournament manager. How can I know the result of game after winboard has exited, is there any result code or something like that????

There is no result code. PSWBTM gets the result from having WinBoard save the game on a PGN file (-sgf temp.pgn), and then reads this file to extract the result from the PGN tags. It then edits this file to replace the engine names (which WinBoard took from the engine 'myname=' feature, or the engine executable) by the name under which the engines are installed in PSWBTM. After that it appends the file to the PGN of the tourney, adding a 'round' tag.
