I registered pulsar2009-a.exe, but im considering updating that engine with pulsar2009-a-1.exe this weekend. I would be finished by sunday, actually i'm only in testing mode now and work is done, and i know the deadline is the 28th, is their a procedure for updating the entrant engine?

From the rules :

"Updates allowed anytime"

Means you can update even during the tournament, as many times as you wish
