Butcher 1.60n1 do not load at Winboard

I had been unable to load Butcher1.60n1 at Winboard using the same Winboard.ini command line as previous version 1.58, which play OK. The error popup indicate bad configuration in console Gui and at Winboard.
Anybody know how to load Butcher1.60n1 at Winboard? My OS is Windows XP in Spanish.
The author suggested to install MSVisualC++2005, which I did, but with no result.
Any suggestion is wellcome,
