New version of nanoSzachy (IOPCCC release)

New version of nanoSzachy (3.8) is released. It is almost identical to 3.7, but is a bit faster (about 3-5%) and can recognize some drawish pawnless endings.

This version took part in 8th International Open Polish Computer Chess Championships and finished on 1st place.
