ICS command

I'm trying to make a feauture in Rodin to automatically set finger notes 1 & 2 (name, system info, hash size etc), so I tellics this notes when I receive the ics command, but it looks that command is received before real connection has been stablised, so they are ignored because are not really send to the server.
Is there any way to automatically set those notes when start up, and without waiting to start a new game?
