ini-file for Brutus Chess?

Can anyone help me to configure Brutus chess? The engine comes with no Readme-file, so I am helpless:)
the problem is that under Arena (1.1) in 25+3 game Brutus plays move in 10 sec - no more, no less - and of course looses cause his opponents can utilize the time more useful
