Same problem here.
It is an old vb6 engine.
I guess that the author would have to upgrade to .net for it to work on a 64 bit system. I suspect that it will run on older 32 bit hardware.

VB 6 apps should work fine on a 64 bit system. LarsenVB works here on Windows 7 x64. I even have the VB6 development environment running fine here. There's some other problem with MacroMix.
When playing in Arena 3.0, it doesn't move... unless I press the Stop Thinking button, at which point it makes a move. I couldn't get it to work with Polyglot either.
