Gaviota (v0.83), engine release

Many issues fixed, and hopefully stronger (~100 elo?) than previous version v0.80

For an estimation: it beats Fruit 2.0 (~35 elo stronger at 40 moves/20 seconds after 1000 games) in my computer.

Important: BOOK FORMAT CHANGED! (I changed the Zobrist keys), so, download the new book or build your own from a pgn file again.
