Question about eval score in PGN

Hello

Some engines, like Crafty, show score always from white perspective. When game is saved as pgn, the eval score is also writed as those engines see it and not from side to move. How can I save scores always from side to move perspective?

There are options -first/secondScoreAbs true|false , which can correct the behavior of such non-compliant engines. They can also be set from the menus (Options -> Adjudications). But easiest is to add the option to the engine line, so it will be automatically activated when you load that engine.

There is no way to alter the scores between what WinBoard has in storage and a PGN file, though.
