time controls

In Winboard if I set a time control to 40 moves in 5 minutes in the last minute or so the program will add another 5 minutes to both sides. How do I set it so it will stop at 5 minutes? Thanks

Tick 'incremental' TC in the time-control dialog, and set it to 5 min + 0sec/move.
