Best site for Winboard downloads

Please pardon me for asking such a trivial question, but I would like to know, in your estimation, what is the best site for me to download the most current version of Winboard? I have checked the GNU site, but it is not clearly stated for Winboard. I'm quite happy with the version that I am using, but I wanted to recommend Winboard to some friends. One of my very modest projects is a conversion of Chernev's "1000 Best Short Games of Chess" into .pgn format. The latest stable release (now 4.6.2) can be downloaded from this forum (WinBoard development section, downloads thread).

By now the latest beta release should be better, though ( http://hgm.nubati.net/WinBoard-4.7.0.exe ).
