Hello! and a Lil Help.
Posted: 30 Aug 2015, 00:09I'm Brand new to all this, I am a long time Chess Player, who for various reasons has largely played computers vs people over the years.
I recently Downloaded the Crafty Chess Interface (10.0) which I believe could be very much the application I want; but I have not been able to find
any active community for that application? If you know of one please let me know where.
I got the Delfi 5.0 Engine working today, well sort of, and ran into an issue with the settings persisting. I see in Tom's simple chess manager a setting for restarting the engine after each game, but have not been able to find an example .ini file online nor make the manager work on my system. No matter where I install it, I am told a file is missing and the Gui is blank; no text.
I would rather figure these things out for myself if possible so if anyone knows of a currently active achieve of sample/example Winboard Engine ini files please point it out to me. Or just a simple example of the Syntax for that command, restart on new game however that would looks, to the GUI or Delfi
