I cancel the 1.94 release because it is weaker than the 193 release under Windows.
Linux: 1.94 - 1.93 : 10.5 - 5.5
Windows: 1.94 - 1.93 : 4.5 - 11.5 !!
I will investigate this problem and I will do more tests.

I have made more tests and the results go in the same direction, so the 1.94 release is ok.
Linux: 1.94 - 1.93 : 19.5-10.5 (65%)
Windows: 1.94 - 1.93 : 23.5 - 16.5 (58%)
To run the windows tests, I have installed Winboard 4.8 on my Linux computer by using Wine. It works well.

The result from 16 games means next to nothing (unless it would be 16-0 or close to that). You should play a couple of hundred games before making any judgement.
