The window for the Edit Position usage note is too short and only the first two bullet points can be seen. There is no way to see the rest as there is no scrollbar or handles to change the window size.

Umm, yes. Accidentally I discovered that myself yesterday too; I am in Macao with only my laptop, which did not have the latest WinBoard-AA version installed on it. So I downloaded it from my own website, and than it had this error. I remember having fixed it, and the version on my desktop at home does this correctly, but apparently I never uploaded that fixed version.
