Hi,

Due to some problems with Lime+Polyglot, I've added the winboard protocol.

I have also added an openings book so it has a book in winboard mode, indexed by hash key, so it can handle transpositions. It isn't a specialist book - made from 2600.pgn, ordered by frequency. It can be turned off as a UCI option.

Also added is a .ini file to change the hash size for winboard mode. The hash can still be changed as a UCI option.

Other than that, there should be no difference between this and the previous version.
