This update contains an additional utility called "cleanELO.exe" that removes all existing elo tags from a pgn file. It would be used prior to using "embed.exe" (which inserts new elo tags based on elostat 1.3), in cases where the original pgn file already contains some elo tags. I found it to be useful in dealing with pgn files from CEGT.

The utility embed.exe is unchanged.
