"cleanUP" tool for pgn files

I'm distributing a pgn tool named "cleanUP.exe" that removes excess tags from a pgn file. Some tags are annoying and useless, some tags do not follow pgn capitalization protocol, and some tags lack data values. And they take up space. These are the types of tags that this utility aims to remove. The utility is on Jim Ablett's site along with 5 other pgn utilities that I wrote:
