Chess engine Equilibrium

Hi,
I see that an engine called Equilibrium plays in WBEC 1st Div. Does anyone know more details about this engine?

The author is Simone Innocenti from Italy.

The only reason I know this is because I'm working on a private engine list for the new Winboard FAQ website (which is not finished yet).
