Beginner's Guide to Running Computer Chess Tournaments

I've edited and rewitten Aaron Tay's original guide. I'm requesting additions, corrections, and arguments for differences of opinion. Any reasonable addition/correction will be added to the guide. Just so you know: all comments enclosed in square brackets are my own. Blame me and no one else for those opinions!

This is just the first article in what will become the new home of the Winboard FAQ. BTW, the Winboard FAQ is not ready yet. There is still much work to be done. Are there any Winboarder writers/proofreaders/suggestors out there who want to help in this project? All contributors will receive full credit for their work.
