I only found a Dutch version so I'll list some details below:

Schedule:
Friday 18th: 12:50 - 22:30
Saturday 19th: 8:50 - 20:00
Sunday 20th: 8:50 - 20:00

Only programmers may register.
Clones or reuse of other programs is not allowed unless their programmers are in the same team
Entry fee: 25 euro per team.
CSVN membership is not required
Register before April 27th with Theo van der Storm (email address and postal address accessible at the site)
