RWBC server moved and has an own domain now

moved to a new server and finally received a domain for RWBC!
RWBC is up now at www.rwbc-chess.de , the old pages will be up until end of August,
please change your bookmarks!
Note that only the new address will be updated anymore.
Especially the WB chronology pages were overworked for dead links
in the last few days.
