Is this a draw?

Postby Carlos Pagador » 23 Nov 2004, 15:31

In the move 23, the same position is reached 3 times. Galis WBTM says this is a draw, changing the original result (0-1).

LPGNVer 1.14 doesn't agree. Either FindDraw. I suspect it has to be something about castle rules.

What do you think?
