It may be already known, I remember having it seem already in the past once (although I also do believe that I have not posted it at the time). Francesca has problem with its castling rules, see following game:

Hi Robert,

Yes, this is a well-known bug of Francesca. You can do nothing better than change the result as 1-0 for the opponent.
I think Tom King is aware of the problem but it seems the development of Francesca has stopped.

A fix for this is underway, currently being tested.. Apologies for any inconvenience this issue has caused people. It only occurs rarely (1 in every 500 games?), which is some consolation
