Anyone know of a PGN to FEN converter?

Something that reads a PGN files and spits out FEN notation for each move in the game?

My program converts to EPD, not FEN, but may still fit your needs. It is in the Computer Chess section, on my home page:

There is a utility named pgn2fen: http://www.7sun.com/chess/index.php (at the bottom of the page).
