Configuring Winboard

I have a few question regarding starting up Winboard in the fewest clicks possible. I have set up a bat file to run Winboard and load a saved position so that a student can practice a basic mate. Well it actually loads a saved game that contains no moves but starts in the correct position.
I have three questions: is it possible to create a shortcut to load a saved position rather then a saved game?
Also when I load a saved game a window pops up with the game information. Can I disable that?
It is possible to save multiple games in one pgn file. Is it possible to load a specific game in a single pgn file through the command prompt.
Thanks,
Brett
