After that i develop IACH-Zoidberg engines. You can see in http://manuel.alza2.googlepages.com/

I would like to use the Scorpio bitbases with the egbbdll.dll in my engine.
I ned the write permision of Daniel Shawul for it?

In readme.txt of Scorpio said:

"For those who want to add support to the bitbases, please take a look at the probe.cpp .."

Daniel seems to have done the bitbases for use any developer who wants, so it is possible that you can use even if you do not have the permission of Daniel. Anyway I recommend that if you use you give thank he in your readme.txt and if you give the code of your program, you do also mention about it. It would also be nice to send an e-mail to Daniel, but Daniel often seems not read e-mail.

I use the bitbases of Daniel since its start, although it is questionable whether gain some of ELO points, I love to see play the endgame with bitbases, since DanaSah have incorporated little knowledge of the endgame.
Best wishes,
