Alex WBTM 1.1 and books

Postby Igor Gorelikov » 04 Apr 2005, 17:25

I uses Alex WBTM 1.1 to arrange my King Class of AEGT 4.
Generally, it is a good WBTM but there is a problem:
I create a book but engines don't use it :-(

Who is guilty? I have three suspects:

Alex WBTM
MakeBook.exe
BookThinker.exe

I would bet on MakeBook/BookThinker. There is really a problem: there are different versions of MakeBook and BookThinker which all "say" they are the same but the books made by MakeBook don't work with BookThinker.

If you have different versions of the programs have a look at the size and date. Then you have to find out a working combination by trial and error :-(.

BookThinkers and recently I try to find out a 'working combination'.
If someone have such a working combination, you may send it to me by email. I whould be grateful.
