I need to set a position using WinBoard and export the position, after which I can print the diagram showing the position I've created before.
I see that Win Board export a diagram but it is not possible to convert it in
a diagram visible by chess fonts in order to print in a word document for publish in a newsletter or similar.
I've an old program running on MAcintosh (Chess Reader) that perform it.
I can export every position and by Chess Fonts immediately modify the export-string in a beaiful diagram for word document.
In windows does exixts this possibility?
Thanks and regards

You might want to look into getting a download of Rebel's "EPD2diag" at:
http://www.rebel.nl/epd2diag.htm I have not used it myself, but I always hear good reports on how well it works, if I understand it correctly (again, I've never tried!) you should be able to save an epd position from Winboard and use EPD2diag to make a good diagram for you, see Jeroen's page for some examples:
http://home.wxs.nl/~jimvandorp/ Also, if you feel like doing it the hard way, anytime you have a Chess font, you can make a board position in a word processor that will use that true type font, but it takes some familiarity with how the font works in relation to your keyboard, not at all fun, but it does tend to look good. Usually there's be instructions that came with the font.
