Neurosis 1.91

Neurosis 1.91.

What's new:
Bugfix in Neurosis3D, i had changed my mouse-reading code a while ago for 1.9,
but did not change it correctly in one part. (promotion piece selection did not
work right.)

Improvements to Neurosis's chessplaying. Found a search-trick that narrows my
searchtree by 20-40% on average, changes to hashtable and extentions making
them more efficient, time-use improvement, and other things. I've tried to
evaluate "activity" and mobility better. Also at startup Neurosis now "deswaps"
it's memory which might take a few seconds.

A new option, as Neurosis got stronger over time, so did it's weakest modes so
they weren't very weak anymore. The "slow" option now has a third setting which
also searches at about 500nps like setting 2 but restricts many parts of search
and knowledge. This new setting will hopefully make the weakest modes more
usefull again.

Instead of the big wide openingbook, i included my very tiny handwritten
openingbook this time. It will be out of book much quicker in almost any line but
usually leave Neurosis in better positions.(or can search it's own way)

Also some weeks ago i released a new version of Shape of chaos, but that's a
little off-topic.

And perhaps Leo Dijksman will also put the new Neurosis on his WBEC website.
(Thanks Leo!)

Enjoy, and any feedback would be appreciated.
