This is roughly the same version that played in the CCM5 in Mainz and the WCCC in Reykjavik. Some bugs found during those tournaments have been fixed though.
New is:
- - pthreadVC2.dll is included and needs to be in the same directory as the Baron
- - 3 executables are provided, optimized for different hardware. Using the P4 version may be 5-10% on a P4 compared with the version for older hardware.
Both the versions for standard chess and Chess960 (FRC) are available.
A linux version will be available in a few days.
