325 games: +155 =30 -140
Time losses:
-GES 8x (fixed with 1.21?)
-Amundsen 8x (I will try 0.3 now)
-Ayito 7x (fixed in 0.244 but resign bug introduced)
-Ajetac 3x
-SmallC 2x
-Naum 1x
-Muse 1x
-DelphiMax 1x
Crashes/Win errors:
-TRex 2x
Wrong claims/other problems:
-Murderhole 1x (wrong draw claim, 50 plies instead of 50 moves?)
-Firefly 1x (wrong rep claim, different move rights, fixed in 1.12b)
-Ayito 1x (sends '0-1 Black checkmated' instead of '1-0 ....',
still there in 0.244!)
-Gosu 1x (could not mate in 1 for several moves, fixed in 0.4?)
Correction from first report:
-JSBam did _not_ lose on time 2x, but the clock ran out after
both opponents did not claim the mate!

Hi Sven, are you really interested in 2/40 test games?
If yes I will send them by request, or will publish
them if there is even more interest...
Ciao,

Hi Günther,
yes, I am interested. In 5/40 games, the engines make their moves roughly
every 8,5 seconds. In 2/40, they respond after 3,5 seconds or so. (Assume
5 book moves on average, which is not very much.) So where is the big
difference? Often the number of completed iterations is the same for both
time controls, only with a bit more time there is some deeper calculation
(sometimes wasted) for the best move in next iteration.
Testing with short time control is not less useful than testing with longer
time control. Of course, with more time you can test additional things, but
finding out what's basically going wrong in your engine is possible when
playing 2/40 or 3/40 games, too.
So I'd like to get your games, if you still have them ;-)
Cheers,
Sven
