What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to connect Romi to ICC using winboard.. here is the commandline that I am trying to use, there must be something wrong with it because it isnt working. Thanks to the author of Oxygen for all the help he gave me

Hi Tony,

DanaSah has two files in the directory of winboard. DanaSah engine is also in this directory.

In logon.ini danasah is icc name and **** is the password
